Blue Coast Burrito Expands Into West Nashville’s Newest Development
Nashville, TN – January 19, 2009 – Blue Coast Burrito, the hottest little burrito shop founded in Nashville, TN under the Baja Burrito franchise banner has made its way into the Nashville West Shopping Center. Located on Charlotte Pike, the Nashville West development is one of Nashville’s newest shopping destinations featuring Target, Best Buy, Costco, World Market and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
The restaurant occupies approximately 2,590 square feet in the center and features a 61 foot arbored patio. Blue Coast Burrito offers “build-your-own” burritos, mouth-watering fish tacos, freshly-made salads, our signature Baja fruit tea, and much more. Blue Coast Burrito prepares all of its food the best way…from scratch every day. The build your own style of service allows each customer to have their food exactly how they want it without sacrifice of speed. The setting accommodates those who have the time to enjoy a leisurely meal in a fun, colorful and festive atmosphere or those looking for a quick lunch on the go. Blue Coast Burrito also offers catering which adds a lot of variety to the way a guest can receive and enjoy our food.
The fourth company-owned restaurant in the Middle Tennessee area is off to a great start. General Manger Rick Causey is excited to be opening the first company-owned location under the new management team which took the helm in January 2008. “I am excited to bring the best burritos and fish tacos to Nashville West and look forward to serving the community.” A Grand Opening event will take place on Saturday, January 24 from 11am-9pm. The community is invited to come out and enjoy great food, register for hourly door prizes and enter a drawing to win an autographed Albert Haynesworth jersey.
